Recently I visited sunny California for a photography workshop, and I couldn’t help but admire the gorgeous landscape! Carmel, California area is unique and holds lots of ranch and farmland. I stayed at Holman Ranch as part of the workshop I was attending, but I also got to explore and visit Carmel by the Sea and a couple other nearby areas. The homes were either located on ranch property and quite rugged, or nearby the ocean they had more of a beachy and relaxed vibe. Both were beautiful to see as I hiked the area.

I hope to return, Carmel was picture perfect!
