Milwaukee Wedding Photographer Review

“Laurelyn was the first and last photographer that we met during our photographer search. I researched numerous photographers in the area but something kept bringing me back to Laurelyn’s work. I was entranced by the way she caught beautiful, authentic moments and the timeless look of her photos. Mike and I decided to reach out to Laurelyn and when we met her for the first time, she was so down to earth and genuine. Even though we were not her clients yet, she still invested time to get to know us and make us feel comfortable. She felt more like a friend than someone who had to work with us.

The Wedding Day

Laurelyn was such a pro on the wedding day. I like how she formed a vision based on our wedding planning. I was not worried about requesting specific shots found online or in magazines because I trusted Laurelyn to capture those moments and details. Even though there was some stress from other vendors on that day, it was such a relief to know Laurelyn was in control of her work. Even our friends and family commented on how professional and prepared she was. Taking photos with Laurelyn was natural and fun. She provided guidance when needed and nothing ever felt uncomfortable. With the busy wedding day, I forgot to mention a couple places that we had thought would be nice for photos. But Laurelyn thought of those spots anyways like she was reading our minds!!

After the Wedding Day

When we received our photos, I was amazed! It is usually difficult for me to like photos taken of myself, but that was not the case when looking at Laurelyn’s work. Her photos tell a story of the day and are like stills out of a film. I felt like I was attending my own wedding again, only this time as a guest who got to see all the beautiful and intimate moments of the day. The candid moments of everyone were captured perfectly and even the ones of our pets were absolutely wonderful! I look forward to continually looking back on these photos as a reminder of the joy and love we felt during the wedding. Thank you so much Laurelyn!”
